In 2005, he founded Heart’s Cry Fellowship in Bean Station, TN, creating a faith-based community where believers can grow in their understanding of Torah and Yeshua. In 2016, he helped establish Camp Mashiach in West Virginia, where he continues to serve as a board member and was previously the director of the Benjamites and Wolf Cubs. For nearly two decades, Tab has been a dedicated leader in youth camps across the Southeast, mentoring the next generation and sharing his powerful testimony in fellowships throughout the region. His commitment to faith, family, and community forms the foundation of his leadership. He is blessed with his wonderful wife, Barb, of 32 years, their children, T.J. and Heather, and two beautiful grandchildren.

Todd Carroll serves as an Assistant in Operations, embodying excellence, integrity, and service within a faith-based community. Whether overseeing daily responsibilities or supporting his team, Todd strives to honor Yahweh in everything he does. His faith shapes his leadership style — with humility, patience, and a desire to uplift others. Family is one of Todd’s greatest blessings. He is a devoted husband to his wife, Angela Carroll, a proud father to Timothy Carroll and Gracie Sanchez, and a grateful father-in-law to Jason Sanchez. Todd is also a proud grandfather to Shelby, Asher, David, and Amelia. His family inspires him daily to walk closely with Yahweh and to leave a legacy rooted in faith and love. Todd is actively involved in ministry as a spiritual advisor at Camp Mashiach, a vibrant part of the Hebrew Roots movement, where he pours into the next generation. He teaches children ages 6 to 12 about the power of prayer, helping them grow in their relationship with Yahweh and understand how to seek Him with childlike faith. His passion for guiding young hearts reflects his deep belief that Yahweh can transform lives at any age. Driven by a desire to reflect Yahweh’s love in practical ways, Todd views everyday work and ministry as opportunities to serve Yeshua. He is committed to growing in his walk with Yeshua and using his gifts to strengthen the church and the community around him. Above all, Todd is grateful for Yahweh’s grace in his life and seeks to live each day in a way that points others to Yeshua.

Proclamation of faith
We believe in the one true God, יהוה, the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, who is the Creator of all things. We affirm that the Bible is God’s inspired, inerrant, infallible, and unfailing Word, serving as the ultimate guide for faith and life. In our faith-based community, we believe that God sent His Son, Yeshua (Jesus), into the world to redeem us back to Himself, offering salvation through His sacrifice. We hold that the only path back to God is through Yeshua (Jesus), as He is the door through which we must enter. Yeshua (Jesus) came to fulfill the law and serves as the perfect example for all believers. We believe believers observe the law because they are believers, not to attain salvation, but as an expression of their faith and obedience to God. The seven-fold Spirit of God is alive and well, dwelling within every true believer, guiding and empowering them in their walk of faith. We believe all born-again believers are heirs according to the promise, grafted into Israel, sharing in the covenants of God’s people. We affirm that the 7th-day Sabbath is a sign between God and His people, to be observed as a day of rest and worship. Additionally, we see the Feasts and Festivals found in Leviticus 23 as appointed times for believers to engage with and worship God, our Creator and King. In our faith-based community, we encourage all believers to be active in local assemblies, supporting one another in spiritual growth, including youth camps that foster deeper connections in faith. We believe in the unity of the body of Messiah, and that all believers should strive to dwell together in harmony, working for the advancement of God’s Kingdom. Lastly, we affirm that God’s ordained design for marriage and romantic relationships is between a natural-born male and a natural-born female, reflecting that God created male and female, and the gender He created you to be at birth is the gender you are to remain for life.
